I am playing the game through Nox since I can't get my phone to link to my account. The game doesn't accept the entry of a nickname on the emulator for some reason, hence my generic name. The rep for my account is currently Bartre, though.

Speaking of reps, how do you change them exactly? Probably something ridiculous that I just never thought to try but Google has yielded no results.

It is your left-most slot of your first team. You can see my rep is Bartre in the image below, for instance:

I thought as much, but I wasn't sure. So that means my 5* Robin is my rep. I thought it switched to my 5* Chrom that I just rolled today because he was standing at the top of the castle, but I guess I don't really know what dictates that.

The one standing at the top of your castle should be your rep. The first team is also your defense team in the arena.
